MLP - Too Many Pinkie PiesHey hey everypony!
So we finally welcome back season 3 of MLP!  I'm very excited for this season to unfold, and I hope that all of you are avoiding all the spoilers and commercials like you should be!
Next week, my first episode of season 3 airs, "Too Many Pinkie Pies." I had a blast working on this episode with my amazing board partner Dave. I have never gotten to do a full-on Pinkie Pie episode, so this was definitely a fun one for me.
Looking forward to seeing more fan content, I'm always amazed at all the talent out there!

A Note About The Flaming Pony.Hi hi everypony!
So, I get asked a lot of the same questions, as I'm sure you can all imagine, and sometimes I can answer them and sometimes I can't. Lately I've been getting asked about Wild Fire and why she was changed in one of the last episodes, if we'll ever see her again, and how she came to be in the first place.
Her first appearance in the Canterlot Wedding ep, wasn't much of an exciting story (none of this is, I apologize). After seeing the cleaned up storyboard (which I believe that part was drawn by Marshall), I noticed that the one pony looked almost like Wild Fire. For shoots and giggles, I went to our art director and simply just asked if we could try and make it WF for laughs. And it worked. It was as simple as that.
While work had begun on season 3, I was approached by my good friend Wootie (and co-director) asking if it was okay to use WF as a Wonderbolt Cadet for the 307 episode. They needed a few more designs, and I agreed that it would be fine. So yes, up until the
Merry Christmas!Just wanted to wish each and everyone of my friends and followers a Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays/Whatever you may celebrate! And if you don't celebrate anything, then I'm still sending love and hugs to you all!
This year has been full of crazy ups and downs for me, unfortunately more downs than ups - but that happens sometimes. Been going thru a lot of HUGE life changes in the past short while and I want to extend my thanks again to EVERYONE who has supported me throughout all this. It means more than you'll ever know. Here's looking to a brighter new year and to starting over.
I'll be leaving for Christmas vacation tomorrow and won't be back till just after the new year, so again, I wish you all a very happy Christmas and safe New Year. Also, please don't be alarmed if I don't respond to messages right away...I'll be away from the computer for the next week. Besides, this is a time to spend with family and friends and those you care about!

Las Pegasus UniconSo as many of you might know, I'll be heading to Vegas tomorrow to attend yet another Pony convention! Before anything, just allow me to tell just how much I have adored and cherished the love, kindness, support and friendship I have gained from all of you who cared to view what I'd drawn.
Doing these silly (And usually illogical/disturbing) comic-strips and images has literally been one of the highlights in my life, as cheesy and cliché as that may sound, I swear, it's absolutely true. Ever since way back when I started with my couple of watchers right up to this moment with over 19'000 watchers, breaking the 1'000'000 pageview milestone and having amassed over 10'000'000 hits, logging into this account and seeing many, many supportive remarks and friendly comments, watching the favourites rise steadfastly on each deviation, seeing others willing to try improve their own, or return, to drawing (Despite the fact that I still do not wish to be titled as a
MY HEAD ESPLODE!So today when I logged onto Deviant Art and looked through the updated journals, to what did my wandering eyes should appear, but a CERTAIN journal by a CERTAIN Ms. Lauren Faust featuring the logo for the Bronies documentary designed by a CERTAIN goofball hipster weirdo named ME!  

What has at least two thumbs and can die happy? ME!  You'll just have to take my word for the number of thumbs.
HOLY CATS!  I know, it seems kind of insignificant, and it might be, but for boring old me in my little fangirl existence, this is just all kinds of awesome!  When I started making art about Friendship is Magic I hope to maybe someday get something posted to Equestria Daily or maybe see a dozen favorites on one of my comics.  Getting to do the amazing things I've done, getting an offhand shout-out from Ms. Faust, getting to know so many amazing friends, it's alm

Anything that involves someone exerting physical effort. Sports can **** right off.

Going out and getting plastered....I mean really you can't just sit and watch movies and eat pizza once in a while? The key to happiness does not lie in the bottom of that bottle...

And thus, season 3 comes to a close with an adorkable new purple princess, an entire season's worth of amazing new songs, and an entire lifetime's worth of memes.  I loved the finale so much, my only wish is that there was MORE of it.  It felt like so much goodness was left on the cutting room floor to make space for a single episode.  Twenty minutes is clearly not enough to contain so much pony.  That said, I welcome our new purple princess and look forward to seeing what kind of trouble she gets into in the upcoming TWENTY SIX EPISODE Season 4!
And while all sources point to the next season being a ways off, even that's not so bad.  The fandom and the swirling chaos of feelings around this show has been boiling hot since Season 3 was announced as only 13 episodes.  Drama, worry and discussion and debate have been in high gear.  At this point, I truly believe it will do everyone good to settle

So I was just going thru a folder on my desktop that contains pretty much every single piece of fan art I've gotten since this whole pony craze began.  And I sat back and stopped and realized - holy hell, this is just...amazing. I mean, every time I get something new, I am so flattered at the fact that somebody would want to take their time out to draw something for *me*. It boggles my mind, but I love each and every one of them...regardless of skill level.

I just had a moment where I just felt completely moved with happiness at the thoughtfulness and generosity...and I just wanted to say thank you AGAIN to everyone and anyone who has taken time out of their daily lives to be creative and share that with me. It means the world.

It's really amazing that coming to realization that there are people who will take time to support from drawing and/or just giving your compliments of what you do. I know you've done amazing stuff and we'll never forget you (even if MLP series end).
